Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova agreed to strengthen trilateral cooperation to counter Russia's attempts to destabilize the region, with Ukraine urgently needing to strengthen its air defense against Russian air terror.

Dmytro Kuleba held talks in The Hague with Romanian Foreign Minister Luminica Odobescu. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister emphasized the urgent need to strengthen Ukraine's air defense. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, UNN reports.

The ministers agreed to strengthen trilateral cooperation between Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova in response to Russia's attempts to destabilize the region.
