A hotline on energy issues will be launched in Ukraine. This is reported by the Presidential Administration following joint briefings of the Presidential Office, the government, regional military administrations, local governments and diplomatic missions, UNN reports .

It is stated that the hotline will operate at 15-49.
At the briefing, Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko and Acting Minister of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development Vasyl Shkurakov spoke about the progress of repairs and the supply of backup generation to critical infrastructure facilities, and UNDP representative Roman Shakhmatenko presented a digital platform to systematize existing needs and projects in the energy sector.
At the briefing, representatives of local authorities were urged to inform communities about lending programs and reduce the number of permits for connecting additional generation.
“In particular, under the 5-7-9 loan program the Ministry of Economy has introduced generation financing projects for businesses worth up to UAH 150 million and for condominiums and housing offices - up to UAH 5 million. Also, starting July 20, Ukrainians will be able to take out a 0% loan for solar and wind power plants,” the statement said.
