Montenegrin city deputies Aleksandra Deletic and Boban Radovic took part in Putin's election as international expert observers. This was reported by their parties, UNN reports.
Aleksandra Deletić, Secretary General of Right Montenegro, and Boban Radović, Secretary General of Free Montenegro, participated in the presidential elections in St. Petersburg as international expert observers who have the opportunity to learn about the electoral system of the Russian Federation from the source.
"The way the elections are organized and conducted throughout Russia, and here in the economic and political center of Russia, St. Petersburg, is really impressive. We heard a lot of information from Mr. Maikin. Women are involved in the preparation of the election process in a percentage of 73 percent, 23,000 people are involved in the preparation, more than 70 percent of them are higher education workers. Voting is also organized on 99 ships and seven polar stations. The election process and vote counting will be accompanied by numerous observers, both from candidates and political parties, as well as from other organizations, with a large number of journalists present. About 300 journalists will be present on the field throughout the election process and during the vote count. In St. Petersburg, 85 thousand people will vote in this election for the first time," Deletich said.
