President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to develop the possibility of transferring military personnel through the Army+ application to all Defense and Security Forces, including the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service. Zelensky said this in an evening address, UNN reports.
There is a solution for many of our soldiers who want to transfer to another unit in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the resolution today. Technically, the functionality is ready. The Ministry of Defense will determine how the system will be launched. Everything should work through Army+ - no bureaucracy. There should be a clear answer to every report. The Ministry of Defense should explain all the details to the public: what will happen at the first, test stage and after the full launch. All decisions of military commanders on reports will be monitored to ensure that there are no unreasonable refusals. The algorithm for responding to a report is defined
He emphasized that the system should work exactly as it was discussed with the military on the front line and with representatives of civil society.
"Today, I have instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to report on how to extend this opportunity to all the Defense and Security Forces, including the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service. All our soldiers deserve equal respect," Zelensky added.
