On Sunday, March 30, the State Security Department warned that on Monday, March 31, it would restrict traffic in the capital and the region, but did not specify where and when.
On March 31, due to security measures involving foreign delegations, temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Please take this information into account when traveling
The State Security Department of Ukraine also noted that, taking into account the state protection of high-ranking officials and foreign delegations, traffic and pedestrians may be temporarily restricted during their visits to Ukraine.
Also, the military and police may not allow citizens to certain areas and objects, demand that they remain in certain places or, conversely, leave them.
At the same time, the message does not indicate the place or time of the planned traffic restrictions, which casts doubt on the meaning of this warning. This was noted by numerous commentators on the warning on Facebook.

From March 28 to August 1, traffic on the Southern Bridge from the left bank to the right bank will be partially restricted in Kyiv. The restrictions are related to the repair of the right-bank overpass.
