Three Polish citizens have been charged with cooperating with Russian intelligence. This was announced by the spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office, Przemysław Nowak. According to him, the suspects have been placed under temporary arrest. This is reported by Polskie Radio, according to UNN.

According to the investigation, the men collected information on the deployment of NATO troops and were preparing for sabotage activities on Polish territory. As Przemysław Nowak noted, the detainees underwent marksmanship and combat tactics training intended to prepare them for sabotage operations.
The charges concern a wide range of actions carried out over a long period. These are not isolated incidents. The suspects are members of a pro-Russian informal paramilitary organization. They performed intelligence-related tasks, specifically collecting information on the deployment of NATO troops in Poland,
The arrests took place on May 12. Officers of the Internal Security Agency, acting on the orders of the Podlaskie Department of the National Prosecutor's Office in Białystok, detained men aged 62, 50, and 48. The crimes they are charged with carry penalties ranging from 8 years of imprisonment to life in prison.
