Yulia Dmytrenko, the winner of the Do Your Own with Kurator business idea contest, will expand the only coffee shop in the starosta district, UNN reports .

The coffee shop is located in the village of Kuchakiv, Boryspil district, Kyiv region. Yulia opened the establishment in 2023. The coffee shop is still the only place in the district where you can drink delicious coffee with a treat.
"I always dreamed of owning a coffee shop. I wanted guests to come to me. I wanted to have good conversations with them and exchange positive energy.
I dreamed that I would be not just the owner, but also a guest in the coffee shop," Yulia comments.
The coffee shop is called Liberty. According to Yulia, the name reflects the desire of the people of Ukraine to be free. Indeed, Ukrainian society did not stand aside. In the process of setting up her business, Yulia applied for a charity grant.
"The MHP for the Community Charitable Foundation and Do Your Own with Kurator helped me financially because I was one of the winners of the grant program.
Thanks to the support of such charitable programs, very big goals can be achieved. To open an establishment with quality food and proper service," adds Yulia.
"The Do Your Own with Kurator project is being implemented in 13 regions of Ukraine. In cooperation and thanks to the funding of the MHP for Community Charitable Foundation and the Kurator brand, we have identified winners, such as Ms. Yulia and her wonderful project.

The coffee shop is in demand and has a wide range of products. Drinks include espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, raff, macchiato, cocoa, hot chocolate, and various delicious teas. For a snack, the cafe owner offers fast food and a variety of desserts, including healthy ones without sugar, gluten, and lactose.

"Do Your Own with Kurator" is a business idea competition organized by the Kurator brand and the MHP for Community Charitable Foundation for the HoReCa industry (restaurants, hotels, catering) in 2023. The competition was attended by 86 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, including veteran entrepreneurs, internally displaced persons, and military personnel who developed their businesses and whose businesses were affected by Russian aggression. In total, the organizers allocated UAH 1 million for grants. Each of the winners received up to UAH 100 thousand to develop their own business. Thanks to the funds provided, the entrepreneurs were able to start a new business, scale up or relocate an existing one.
