The winner of the "Do Your Business" business idea competition received a grant of UAH 100 thousand from the MHP-Hromada Charitable Foundation and implemented the business idea "Horse riding arena" on the territory of the Horse Club "Nyzy" in Sumy region, UNN reports .

Thanks to the funds received, a modern riding arena with obstacles and a special coating was equipped. Now everyone can learn horseback riding, organize an unforgettable family horseback ride, and communicate with the horses. The club's facilities include stables for 17 sport horses, levadas and pastures for mares and stallions, as well as a barrel for working with young horses.

But the equestrian club is not only about sport. It also helps to rehabilitate children with cerebral palsy. For this purpose, the club employs professional trainers and horse guides who can conduct rehabilitation classes. This year, the MHP-Community Charitable Foundation, which organized the competition, supported 80 business projects totaling more than UAH 7.4 million. A total of 615 applications were received from small entrepreneurs across the country. In particular, most business ideas were submitted in Kyiv (22%), Cherkasy (12%), Dnipro (11%), Vinnytsia (9%), and Lviv (9%) regions.The main criteria for selecting the winners were project innovation, economic component, creation of new jobs, social significance, and involvement of IDPs in business or work.Both existing businesses that are expanding or relocating and entrepreneurs who have a business idea and are just looking for funding to implement it received grant support.ReferenceMHP-Gromada is a Ukrainian charitable foundation that was launched in 2015.
