The Verkhovna Rada has been considering amendments to the draft law on mobilization for six hours, and only 35-38 MPs remain in the session hall, making a productive vote unlikely today.

The Verkhovna Rada has been considering amendments to the draft law on mobilization for six hours. According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the number of MPs has decreased again, UNN reports.

"It is already the 6th hour of consideration of amendments to the draft law on mobilization. There are about 35 MPs in the hall. So do not expect any effective voting today," Zheleznyak said.

According to him, the MPs "are still on the 742nd amendment, but it will go much faster.

Oleksiy Honcharenko noted that 38 MPs remained in the session hall.

"There are even fewer deputies. There are 38 MPs left. That's the story," Honcharenko said.

Earlier, the MP reported that there are 42 MPs in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada, where amendments to the draft law on mobilization are being considered.

Recall

On April 9, sources of UNN reportedthat demobilization is planned to be excluded from the draft law on mobilization.

MP Oleksiy Honcharenko reported later that  the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence  , while discussing amendments to the draft law on mobilization, excluded provisions on demobilization and rotation of military personnel.

On April 10, Honcharenko said that the vote on the mobilization bill would likely take place tomorrow
