So far, 15 people are known to have been injured in an enemy attack on Kharkiv on Monday morning, RMA head Oleh Syniehubov said, reports UNN.
“The number of victims has increased to 15. Rescuers have localized the fire as a result of enemy shelling,” Syniehubov wrote on Telegram.
