The Register of Declarations will soon be opened for public access, the NACP said on Thursday, UNN reports.
Public access to the Register of declarations will soon be opened. No later than December 10, the NACP will complete the removal from the public part of the declarations based on the submissions of the initiators of the removal, which were received before that date. This will ensure open round-the-clock access to the Register, taking into account security measures,
Therefore, the NACP drew attention of declarants and initiators of submissions on removal of declarations from the public part of the Register that there is little time left to submit the relevant submission to the NACP.
The agency emphasized that their priority is to ensure the protection of information about declarants who are engaged in the defense of Ukraine and their family members.
At the same time, the NACP indicated that the removal of documents from the public part of the Register of declarations will be carried out by the NACP upon submissions of the initiators after December 10 until the date of termination or lifting of martial law in Ukraine, but in this case they will be publicly available for some time.
"Full public access to the Register will be provided by the NACP after the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine," the agency said.
