The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has publicly summoned Ivan Rudyi, the Head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL), for a meeting. This was reported by UNN with reference to the NACP statement.
Details
The agency explained that they took such measures because the man ignored the NACP's invitations.
The NACP informs the Chairman of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL) Rudyi Ivan Tarasovych that he must come to the NACP on January 3, 2024 from 10:00 to 15:00 to get acquainted with the protocol on administrative offenses under parts 1, 2 of Art. 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to report a real conflict of interest, taking actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest)
They also emphasized that in case of failure to appear when summoned, a report on an administrative offense will be drawn up on the basis of available materials with a note on the refusal of Rudyi Ivan Tarasovych to sign it.
Recall
According to NACP Deputy Head Artem Sytnyk, the NACP expects the most risky declarations of officials to be filed at the end of January, noting the tendency for officials with a higher level of corruption risk to file fewer declarations.
