President Zelenskyy warned that Russia will try to intensify its offensive actions, but Ukraine will respond accordingly, as reflected in intelligence reports and preparations for potential hostile actions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the occupier will try to intensify assault and offensive actions and assured that "we will respond," UNN reports.

Two important intelligence reports - by the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Ivashchenko, and the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Budanov - on Russian actions in the spring and summer. We must be prepared for all formats of possible hostile actions. Obviously, the madness in the Kremlin is still strong, and the occupier will try to intensify assault and offensive actions. We will respond

- Zelensky said during his evening address.

The President reminded that he had held a meeting. Two key topics are now the frontline and energy.

"There was a report by Chief Commander Syrsky. It was about the areas where it is the hottest. Special attention is paid to the battles for Chasiv Yar, the battles in the Pokrovske direction, and in Kupyanske. I am grateful to every soldier and commander, to all our units who are defending our positions and doing everything to stabilize the situation," Zelensky said.

According to him, Defense Minister Umerov reported on the implementation of contracts for the supply of shells and drones, as well as electronic warfare. "Today, the Security Council had a separate and detailed discussion about the use of electronic warfare and the protection of critical infrastructure. This applies, in particular, to the energy sector - what is protected and what, unfortunately, was not protected sufficiently. There will be appropriate conclusions.

"We analyzed the necessary actions to restore generation and key energy facilities. There was also a report on the state of protection of critical infrastructure in areas near the front and in the border area," Zelenskyy summarized.
