The Resilience Plan will be fully presented in December this year. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his speech in parliament, UNN reports.

"The Resilience Plan will be fully presented with all the annexes in December of this year," said Zelenskyy, quoted by MP Oleksiy Goncharenko on his Telegram channel.
According to the MP, everyone came to listen to Zelensky's speech, including the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, the head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Lytvynenko, and ministers.
According to the MP, the Resilience Plan, which was preliminarily presented in parliament today, consists of 10 points:
- Unity
- Front
- Weapons
- Money
- Energy
- Security
- Communities
- Human capital
- Cultural sovereignty
- The politics of heroes.
"This is a doctrine that should lead Ukraine from war to peace," Honcharenko quoted Zelensky as saying.
In his speech, the Head of State also said that elections can be held only after a fair peace is achieved. He also touched upon the issue of mobilization, saying that the mobilization age would not be lowered. The President also confirmed the information about the introduction of a military ombudsman and added that it is planned to create an institute of veteran assistants.
