In Mykolaiv region, Russian troops attacked several communities with FPV drones and artillery over the past 24 hours. A village club and a kindergarten were damaged, and fires broke out, said Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv RMA, on Saturday, UNN reported.

According to Kim, enemy shelling was recorded over the past day:
- In the afternoon, on August 9, at 12:00, 12:39, 13:12, the enemy shelled the Kutsurubska community with artillery. As a result of one of the shellings in the village of Ivanivka, a village club and a kindergarten were damaged.
- Also yesterday, on August 9, at 14:32, hostile artillery shelling was recorded in the city of Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community. As a result, a fire broke out in an unused outbuilding and dry grass, which was quickly extinguished by firefighters.
- Yesterday, on August 9, at 14:53, 15:27, 15:42, 16:00, 16:12, 18:50 and 19:30, the enemy attacked the Kutsurubska community with FPV drones. One of the drones hit the village of Solonchaky, causing a fire on the roof of a residential building, which was extinguished by firefighters.
According to him, there were no injuries in all cases.
