In turn, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that in the Industrialnyi district of the regional center, a 74-year-old man also needed medical assistance.
"The victim suffered an acute stress reaction. Medics provided all necessary assistance," Syniehubov noted.
