On November 27, 2024, the panel of judges of the judicial chamber for consideration of criminal cases of the Kiev court of Appeal considered the appeal filed by the defense against the decision of the Shevchenko District Court of Kiev of November 4, 2024, which granted the prosecutor's request and extended the term of detention of the accused D. until January 2, 2025
Based on the results of the appeal review, the decision of the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv dated November 4, 2024 was left unchanged, and the defense's appeal was dismissed.
