Russian invaders carried out an air raid on the Yampil community. They hit private enterprises and injured a local businessman. The consequences of the attack were reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Sumy region, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on April 16, 2024, at about 15:00, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers carried out an air strike on the territory of the Yampil community of the Shostka district.
The enemy attack damaged two private businesses, including industrial premises and a car. A 29-year-old businessman was wounded.
Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. The pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is ongoing.
