On November 27, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he would sign the law on the state budget for next year, on November 28. 60% of state budget expenditures for 2025 fall on the security and defense sector.
Prime Minister Denis Shmygal also informedthat the laws on the state budget for 2025 and on amendments to the tax code will be signed in the coming days and will come into force on December 1.
The Verkhovna Rada committee on finance, tax and customs policy at a meeting on November 27, supported an amendment that proposes to abolish taxation "retroactively" for FLP in the tax increase Bill No. 11416-D.
