The governor of the Voronezh region stated that air defense forces allegedly shot down "two high-speed targets" over the city. According to him, there were no casualties, and debris damaged a tire shop building and a utility shed.
According to open-source data, the 47th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment of the Russian Federation is based at the "Baltimore" airfield. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, the airfield has been regularly used for airstrikes against Ukraine.
