Currently, more than 3.2 thousand people are being processed at the TCC or are already studying at training centers. In total, more than 300 thousand resumes were processed on online platforms. In total, 17-18 thousand vacancies were posted from various units of the Defense Forces: the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Support Forces. He noted that there is currently a high demand for UAV operators, mechanics, drivers, medics, scouts, and IT specialists. He also pointed out the need for back-office roles such as clerks, cooks, and other similar positions.
