It is noted that since the beginning of 2024, almost 400 fires have occurred in the city, killing 17 people.
Most of the fires are the result of illegal dumping of garbage and dry grass. There were especially many fires in the summer. Fires also occur due to faulty wiring in buildings that the invaders have not yet been able to repair. Emergency services take a long time to respond to calls because they lack both equipment and staff. Therefore, they simply do not have time to stop the fires in time
