The Russian army struck a "shahid" on a residential building in Kharkiv, a fire broke out. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, reports UNN.
"A "Shahid" strike on a residential building in the Saltivka district of the city. As of now - no casualties," Terekhov said.
According to the mayor, the strike hit between the first and second floors of the high-rise building. There is a fire at the scene.
