The average salary in the central state bodies of Ukraine in February this year amounted to 51.4 thousand hryvnias, an increase against 44.4 thousand last year. It increased by 15.8%, UNN writes with reference to data from the Ministry of Finance.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the salary of officials significantly exceeds the average salary in Ukraine. According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the salary in February was 18.6 thousand hryvnias, an increase of 21.8% over the year.
According to the Ministry of Finance, 21,771 people received salaries in central government bodies in February. The leader in terms of salaries is the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors (NKREKP). There are 532 people working there, the average salary of which, according to the data provided, is 90.1 thousand hryvnias.
In second place is the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) - 79.4 thousand hryvnias. The number of employees is 352 people. Next is the Antimonopoly Committee - 77.4 thousand hryvnias. The committee employs 267 people. The Ministry of Digital Transformation with an indicator of 65.8 thousand hryvnias and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission - 65.6 thousand hryvnias also "jumped" into the top five.
The following departments can "boast" the lowest salaries:
- State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre - 35.8 thousand hryvnias;
- State Service for Medicines and Control over Narcotics - 35.4 thousand hryvnias;
- State Service for Children - 33.4 thousand hryvnias;
- State Reserve Agency - 32.8 thousand hryvnias;
- National Mediation and Reconciliation Service - 28.7 thousand hryvnias.
Separately, it is worth paying attention to the salaries among the senior management of departments. In general, the average salary of management is 116.5 thousand hryvnias.
The highest salaries among 492 managers are in the following departments:
- Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine - 401.4 thousand hryvnias (2 officials);
- NKREKP - 294.3 thousand hryvnias (7 people);
- NAPC - 243.2 thousand hryvnias (5 people).
Addition
The Verkhovna Rada has adopted amendments to the law on civil service, which, in particular, provides for the inclusion of time worked in the positions of heads of military administrations and their deputies in the length of civil service and affects the remuneration of some officials.
The authors of the draft law call its purpose to streamline the issues of assigning ranks to civil servants, in particular those undergoing military service, as well as including certain periods of work in temporary state bodies in the length of civil service.
