"Today at about 4:35 a.m. Russia struck Kramatorsk with three UMPB D-30SN bombs. A 68-year-old woman was wounded. At least 30 private houses and 9 cars were damaged," the police said.

Police recorded 3,221 enemy attacks on the front line and residential areas over the day. Russian troops attacked 6 localities: the towns of Kostyantynivka, Kurakhove, Mykolaivka, Myrnohrad, Sloviansk, and Shevchenko. 91 civilian objects were damaged, including 13 residential buildings.
The head of the RMA also said that "tomorrow the water supply to Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka and Kostyantynivka will be reduced". "On November 12, at 8:00 a.m., the repair of the main pipe of the Second Donetsk water supply system will begin. When the repairs are completed, water supply will be restored in full," Filashkin said on Telegram.
