Prokudin also added that the Russians were targeting residential buildings, social and critical infrastructure. The explosions did not stop, and there were arrivals in all districts of the city.
More than 30 high-rise buildings, 15 private homes, cars, garages, outbuildings, the railway station, medical and educational institutions were damaged. There were fires almost everywhere, which have been extinguished. Unfortunately, two men died. Ten more people were injured. All the victims are now in hospitals and are receiving the necessary medical care
