Russian troops attacked Kharkiv, causing explosions in the city center, according to local officials.

Russian troops have attacked Kharkiv, said the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Sinegubov. According to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, two "hits", preliminary, of KABs, were recorded in the central part of the city, UNN reports.

"Occupants attacked Kharkiv. Stay in shelters until the alarm goes off!" Sinegubov wrote on Telegram.

According to the mayor, information about the victims and destruction is being clarified.
