the Russians plan to close part of the sea near the temporarily occupied Crimea for navigation. The Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation has developed a draft order establishing prohibited areas for swimming in the energy bridge zone in Crimea. Details

The ban applies to navigation of all types of vessels (small, sailing, sports, jet skis, passenger, pleasure, cargo, Auxiliary Fleet vessels, bunkering vessels, tugs). An exception will be made for boats, vessels and ships of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, the Navy and the border service of the FSB of Russia.

From the Crimean side, the restricted area will start just below Cape Borzovka in the Glazovsky village council and stretch about a kilometer south along the coastline and east along the water to the maritime border with the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation.

From the Krasnodar Territory, the prohibited area is located only on the water. It will be located on one site at a distance of 1.6 - 6 kilometers from the coast opposite the northern border of the village of Ilyich and will drop 1.6 kilometers to the South.
