"After the first strike, the enemy launched repeated attacks—this time when emergency services were already working at the site. SES vehicles were damaged. The rescuers managed to move to a safe distance. A UAV also struck the territory of an agricultural cooperative. The attack caused a fire in a forested area," the regional administration head noted.

According to preliminary information, no reports of injuries had been received by the emergency services, he noted.

The State Emergency Service clarified that "as a result of the enemy attack, a fire broke out in a warehouse in the Poltava community. The enemy also struck other civilian infrastructure facilities. During the response to the aftermath of the shelling, the enemy once again cynically launched repeated strikes on the site where rescue operations were being conducted, damaging equipment involved in dealing with the consequences of the attack."
