The State Emergency Service indicated that fires broke out as a result of the Russian strike on critical infrastructure in the Zhytomyr region.
"The threat of repeated enemy attacks complicated the work of firefighters, causing them to repeatedly suspend the elimination of consequences and forcing them to retreat to safe locations. Currently, all fires have been extinguished," the State Emergency Service stated.
