The enemy launched a ballistic missile attack on a residential two-story building. Five people were injured in the attack, including a 15-year-old girl, two men aged 38 and 49, and two women aged 30 and 82. Two people were rescued from the rubble thanks to the coordinated work of the patrol police and rescuers. All the victims are in stable moderate condition.
Emergency and rescue operations have been completed, but there are still many destroyed buildings, both multi-storey and private. The local authorities have already organized an aid headquarters in the nearest school. They will provide assistance with construction materials, utility crews are working on site, and people can apply for financial aid from the city.
In addition, the evacuation of the victims to the nearest hospitals continues, as all the windows in the damaged medical facility were smashed.
