At a meeting today, November 19, the Verkhovna Rada voted to appeal to international partners to increase assistance to Ukraine, in particular to speed up the provision of air defense systems and increase pressure on Russia. This was reported by UNN with reference to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

On behalf of the Ukrainian people, the Verkhovna Rada calls on the parliaments and governments of foreign countries, international organizations and their inter-parliamentary assemblies:
- Unite to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine and peace in Europe.
- Increase support for Ukraine and increase pressure on Russia through military, political, diplomatic and economic mechanisms.
- Strengthen sanctions against Russia, particularly in the energy sector.
- Condemn Russia's violations of international humanitarian law and crimes against humanity.
- Implement the IAEA resolution on the safety of Ukrainian NPPs.
- Promote Putin's arrest for war crimes.
- Support the political isolation of Russia in international organizations.
- Condemn the supply of arms by Iran and North Korea to Russia.
- Strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation to bring Russia to justice.
- Accelerate the provision of air defense systems and investments in the defense industry to Ukraine.
- Increase financial assistance to Ukraine and support for economic recovery.
- Support the restoration of energy facilities in Ukraine.
- Continue the humanitarian initiative Grain from Ukraine.
- Provide assistance to restore access to healthcare, education, and jobs.
- Facilitate the release of prisoners of war and the return of deported children.
- Provide Ukraine with long-range weapons to protect it from Russian attacks.
- Support the Peace Formula and the Victory Plan of the President of Ukraine.
