People's Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, who, along with his bodyguards, is suspected of illegally imprisoning former soldier Dmytro Mazokha in Dnipro, did not appear at the court hearing because he was allegedly diagnosed with coronary heart disease. "At 4 a.m. on December 23, Tyshchenko went to a medical facility in Kyiv, where he was preliminarily diagnosed with coronary heart disease. This was the reason for his absence from court," the prosecutor said during the hearing.
