According to the information, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine briefed the American attaché on current projects and added that it is important for Ukraine to understand the resources it can count on next year.
They also discussed preparations for the Ramstein meeting and the importance of quick decisions, given the situation at the front and the time constraints.
Another priority is to finalize the military assistance strategy. We have a complete list of the necessary ammunition and weapons, including the brigades and their combat missions.
They also discussed cooperation in the defense industry, work on existing contracts, and investments in the production of drones, ammunition, and air defense.
A separate topic was the priorities within the existing cooperation programs - PDA, USAI, FMF. Major General Keith Phillips assured of close cooperation and further assistance to Ukraine from the United States.
The attaché emphasized that the Americans understand the importance of a just peace and the tools that are needed for it.
