President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has introduced a bill to the Verkhovna Rada that would provide that the military participating in the operation in the Kursk region and all other operations in the territory of the Russian Federation would receive all payments and preferences provided for the front line. According to the draft law, the scope of the law "On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Members of Their Families" will apply, in addition to the military of the Armed Forces, the Security Service, the Special Forces, the State Intelligence Service, and the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, to intelligence officers of the State Border Guard Service, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine who perform military duty outside Ukraine, including on the territory of the aggressor state, and are necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protect the security of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the armed aggression against Ukraine, as well as to their family members.
In other words, the military taking part in the Kursk operation, and those who will take part in all other operations on the territory of the Russian Federation, will receive all the payments and preferences provided for the front line.

In his address today, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that it is necessary to clearly guarantee at the legislative level that the soldiers who are participating in the Kursk operation, for example, and will participate in all our other actions on the territory of the aggressor state, will receive absolutely all payments and preferencesthat are provided for the front line.
