In Kyiv, there is information about more than 10 people missing after a massive Russian attack; search efforts involving dogs are underway, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported on social media on Thursday, UNN writes.

The Minister noted that the capital suffered the heaviest strike tonight. The search and rescue operation continues in the Darnytskyi district.
More than 30 people were injured at this location. Rescuers managed to save 28 people from the destroyed building. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the police are working on-site, communicating with the victims and supporting the relatives of the deceased and those still being sought, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.
In total, more than 1,500 rescuers and police officers are involved in eliminating the consequences of the massive Russian shelling. Of these, nearly 600 are deployed for work in Kyiv.

As the Minister reported, police report reception points have been set up in Kyiv — as of now, investigators have registered over 100 reports from citizens regarding property damage. Nearby are mobile points of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Migration Service.
"If a vehicle is destroyed or damaged beyond repair as a result of a Russian strike, it must be removed from the state register (i.e., it is subject to decommissioning). For this purpose, mobile service centers are operating at the sites where the consequences of the strike are being cleared. The service is free and provided immediately upon request," Klymenko indicated.
In addition, at the mobile points of the MSC and the Migration Service, destroyed documents can be promptly restored: ID cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration certificates.
"As of now, more than 20 people have received services and consultations regarding the restoration of documents and the decommissioning of vehicles," the Minister stated.
"The threat of Russian strikes may persist, so follow official announcements and stay in shelters during air raids," Klymenko emphasized.
