The total solar eclipse will pass through the Pacific Ocean, Mexico, the United States and Canada and end over the Atlantic Ocean on April 8. UNN writes about this with reference to The Guardian.
Details
On April 8, the moon passes directly in front of the Sun, covering its bright surface and revealing ghostly traces of the solar atmosphere. The full phase will last 4 minutes and 27 seconds, but this celestial phenomenon will be visible only in some parts of the planet.
The moon should completely block the sun and this will lead to the appearance of a "solar corona" that will be about 115 km across. Outside of this band, it will be possible to observe a partial eclipse, but the further away from it, the smaller part of the Sun will be covered.
The total eclipse will be visible in Mexico between 10.51 CET and 12.32 CST; in the United States between 1.27 CET and 3.35 PM EST; and in Canada between 3.12 PM EST and 5.16 PM EST.
Unfortunately, this eclipse will not be visible in Ukraine, but everyone will be able to watch it in real time thanks to NASA's YouTube broadcast. The eclipse will peak at 20:18 Kyiv time.
