In temporarily occupied Mariupol, a new wave of systematic looting of the local population has begun. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the NSDC of Ukraine (CCD), UNN reports.

It is noted that on the eve of May 9, the invaders mass-posted notices on buildings demanding that residents vacate their apartments and hand over the keys within three days.
Housing is being declared "ownerless," even if people are living in it or legal owners are in the process of formalizing inheritance. Residents are told they allegedly lack "proper documents," even though the occupiers themselves are blocking the possibility of obtaining them,
They emphasize that eviction notices are posted without signatures, seals, or contact information. At the same time, when people turn to the "administration," officials disavow the notices, while the executors on the ground present themselves as employees of that same administration.
Cases have been recorded where unidentified individuals with lists from the occupation authorities go through apartment entrances and "select" housing for themselves among the apartments already entered into the registers of "ownerless property,"
The CCD adds that Russia "did not come to 'liberate,' but to kill and take away everything."
