This zone includes: Selydov, Ukrainsk, Novogrodovka and Myrnograd. In total, more than 50 thousand people and more than 4 thousand children are being found," said Filashkin.
According to him, about 3,000 people remain in Toretsk.
"As for the forced evacuation of people from the front line, it is imperative to do so, because a large number of people remain in Toretsk - about 3,000 - and they are leaving very slowly," Filashkin said.
