"In Dergachi, there was a hit of a GAB into a civilian facility. Three people suffered acute stress reactions. The medics of the Regional Emergency Center provided assistance on the spot," said Sinegubov.

Later, the head of Dergachiv MVA Vyacheslav Zadorenko provided details about the condition of the victims.
"Two of the victims of the strike are men aged 39 and 65, who work as security guards for a civilian enterprise. The 39-year-old man suffered injuries to his upper body from glass fragments, and the 65-year-old man had an acute stress reaction," said the head of Dergachi MVA.
Rescuers are working to eliminate the fire.
