The company "Nova Poshta" officially confirmed damage to its sorting terminal in Kryvyi Rih as a result of a Russian attack. Despite this, logistics processes continue without significant changes, and customers are being compensated for the cost of lost shipments, the company reports, UNN reports.

Nova Poshta noted that during the strike, employees were in shelters, so no one was injured.
Most importantly, our employees were not injured, because at the time of the attack everyone was in shelters that are equipped on the territory of the logistics facility. The lives of our team and customers are an absolute priority
Currently, emergency services are working at the scene, and the aftermath of the strike is being liquidated. The company promises to release information about damaged cargo in the near future.
Nova Poshta also refuted information about possible disruptions in the network's operation.
Despite the attack, we ensure the continuity of logistics processes and keep everything under control. The company has already activated backup logistics schemes, so delivery of shipments is carried out without significant changes, and the network is operating normally
The company also confirmed that it will fully compensate customers for losses.
We will reimburse customers 100% of the declared value of shipments that were damaged as a result of attacks. We will contact each owner of a damaged parcel independently to arrange payments
