No power outages are planned in Ukraine today, but yesterday there was an emergency supply from Poland. In the Donetsk region, after a shelling, fragments of a rocket were found at a substation, and in the Dnipropetrovsk region, due to the fighting, a substation caught fire. There are 485 settlements without power supply. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, UNN writes.
Generation and consumption
"No power outages are planned for today. Power engineers continue to keep the situation in the power system stable," the Energy Ministry said.
Yesterday, during the evening peak hours (from 17:00 to 22:00), consumption restriction schedules were applied for industrial consumers and businesses.
"Power supply to household consumers and critical infrastructure facilities was not limited. Yesterday, emergency power supply from Poland was also used," the ministry said.
At the same time, they called on all Ukrainians to use electricity rationally and economically, especially during peak hours - from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. This reportedly helps the stable operation of the power system.
Consequences of shelling
Donetsk region: a rocket fragment was found at one of the substations after the shelling. The State Emergency Service was called, the fragment was removed.
Dnipropetrovs'k region: as a result of hostilities, a fire broke out at a substation. Overhead power lines were disconnected and household consumers lost power. The fire was extinguished.
Networks status
Southern region: due to technological disruptions, equipment at the substation and household consumers lost power. The power supply has been restored.
Western region: equipment was shut down at one of the power facilities, and household consumers and infrastructure were cut off. Also, equipment was disconnected at one of the substations, and household consumers lost power. The power supply has been restored to all consumers.
Emergencies
Donetsk region: a fire broke out on the territory of one of the mines as a result of hostile shelling. No combustion products entered the mine. At the time of the incident, there were 8 workers in the mine, no one was injured. The fire has been extinguished.
Power outage for consumers
Over the past day, power engineers restored power to 5,592 consumers who were cut off from electricity as a result of hostilities.
In total, 485 settlements remain without power supply as of this morning due to the hostilities and technical violations.
Situation at ZNPP
"The water level in the cooling pond is 14.72 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant," the Ministry of Energy said.

There is no electricity export and no plans to export electricity.
