Ukrainian midfielder of the English football club Chelsea Mykhailo Mudryk failed a doping test, the Tribuna portal reported, citing its sources, UNN reported.
According to the source, the banned substance was found in the A sample, which the player handed in at the end of October. According to the portal, the B doping sample is to be opened in the coming days.
The 23-year-old Ukrainian faces disqualification.

Mudryk has been playing for Chelsea since January 2023. This season, the midfielder has played 15 matches in all competitions, scoring three goals and five assists.
The last time Mudryk was included in Chelsea's squad was on December 1 against Aston Villa, after which he missed four games of the London team.
