The wife of MP Yuriy Boyko from the banned OPFL party has an apartment in moscow worth almost 200 million rubles. This is reported by journalists of "Schemes" with reference to the declaration of the MP, UNN reports.
Details
Despite the fact that the declaration does not specify where exactly in the russian dederation the couple's property is located, journalists found out that the apartment is located in an elite neighborhood in the very center of Moscow in Zachatovsky Lane with a total area of 220 square meters.
The officially determined cadastral value, which is approved by the Russian authorities, is confirmed by actual market prices. It is noted that the advertisements for the sale of apartments in this building show that the price per square meter exceeds one million rubles.
The residential complex known as "Your Club House" is announced as "an elite mansion in one of the most prestigious locations in the capital, in the Golden Mile area".
Yuriy Boyko himself indicated in his declaration that the value of this property is only 2 million 726 thousand hryvnias. The declaration form stipulates that these data can be indicated as of the date of purchase of the property.
Addendum
Journalists noted that Boyko's family purchased luxury square meters in moscow in 2006, two months after he was appointed Minister of Fuel and Energy in the government of Viktor Yanukovych.
In the latest declaration filed by Yuriy Boyko, his property status is listed as of the end of 2022.
However, the fact that his family has not sold this apartment in moscow since then and still owns it is evidenced by an extract from the state real estate register of the russian federation, which was obtained by Skhemy
Earlier, the media, citing Boyko's declaration, reported that the MP's wife keeps rubles and gold in a russian bank. The total value is 7.6 million rubles (about 3 million hryvnias).
As a reminder,
Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Gerega has been a resident of Spain since 2021. He also declared real estate in Spain worth about 100 million hryvnias, registered in his wife's name.
