Ministry of Energy approved the new composition of state representatives for the Ukrenergo Supervisory Board

The Ministry of Energy has appointed three state representatives to the Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo. The seven-member body is now fully formed.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has approved new state representatives to the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo, completing the formation of its full membership. The body includes specialists with experience in the energy sector, public administration, and finance. This was reported by Ukrenergo, according to UNN.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has approved the updated composition of state representatives on the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo, which includes:

Yuriy Boyko: a specialist with over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in private and public institutions of the energy sector. He began his career in energy in 1995 as an electrical engineer, later working in management positions at several energy enterprises, and in late 2020, he served as the Acting Minister of Energy of Ukraine. Yuriy Boyko previously served as a member of the Ukrenergo Supervisory Board from 2021 to 2025.

Yehor Perelyhin: Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine. He has significant experience in senior management positions in the mining industry and the banking sector. He specialized in attracting foreign investment, as well as reorganizing enterprises and reorienting business models of large industrial and commercial structures, strategic planning, and crisis management. Yehor Perelyhin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the ISEG European Institute of Higher Education in Management (France). He was delegated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as an authorized person to the American-Ukrainian Investment Reconstruction Fund.

Mykola Brusenko: Candidate of Economic Sciences with over 20 years of experience in economics, foreign trade, international relations, public administration, and the implementation of joint projects with IFIs in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He progressed professionally from a chief specialist at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to leadership positions in the Administration and Office of the President of Ukraine. From 2022 to 2025, he headed the Economic Directorate at the Office of the President of Ukraine. He also has corporate governance experience, serving on the Supervisory Board of the state-owned Oschadbank. By education, Mykola Brusenko is a Master of Finance, having earned his master's degree from the Kyiv National Economic University.

Addendum

In total, the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo consists of 7 members: four independent members selected through a competitive process and three state representatives. All previously elected independent representatives retain their positions, so the personal composition of the Supervisory Board is now fully formed.
