The Galitsky District Court of Lviv extended the measure of restraint for provocateur Ostap Stakhiv until December 25. He was assigned a bail of 908.4 thousand hryvnias. This is reported by UNN with reference to Suspilne.
What is known about the meeting?
The decision was made after the postponement of the hearing, which was supposed to take place on November 27. Then the meeting was postponed due to the absence of the suspect's lawyer, Mykola Kreminets. The trial was attended by supporters of Stakhiv, who provoked the prosecutor and created noise.
Judge Iryna Volosko, after hearing the parties, announced the decision on the arrest with the right to pay bail.
In addition, Stakhiv is forbidden to leave the Lviv region.
What is Ostap Stakhiv suspected of?
Strakhov V is charged with crimes under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 190 — fraud) - maximum penalty of up to three years in prison;
- Part 2 of Article 114-2 (unauthorized dissemination of information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law) — up to eight years in prison.

Later, he headed the Lviv cell of the "Ukrainian party", but he was accused of selling seats on the lists.
