According to Telegram channels, former Dynamo Kyiv football player Oleksandr Aliyev was detained by patrol police officers at a gas station in the Karavaevi Dachi district of Kyiv.
The reasons for the detention are currently unknown, but local channels report that he was intoxicated and resisted law enforcement officers during the detention.
The video shows Aliyev lying on the asphalt while law enforcement officers put handcuffs on him. He was accompanied by a woman who climbed onto the hood of a police car.
Aliyev himself reacted to his "detention" on Instagram.
"Good evening everyone. Where am I drunk, tell me? The fact that they write that I'm drunk... I'm in the same place, in the same place. Normal, adequate. Why did you decide that I'm drunk? Everything is fine with me, everything is fine with me. We figured it out. That's all. So don't write all sorts of nonsense. I'm telling you again," Aliyev said.
