The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine has imposed a fine on the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy because inspectors of the state architectural and construction control were not allowed to inspect the reconstruction of the Brotherhood cells. This was reported by the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine, UNN reports.
The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine, in the presence of representatives of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, considered a case of offenses in the field of urban planning. In connection with the prevention of officials of the state architectural and construction control bodies from entering construction sites to perform their functions, liability arises under paragraph 2 of part six of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Liability for Offenses in the Field of Urban Development".

It is noted that the Academy must pay a fine of UAH 90,840. The Ministry of Restoration also reported that the resolution will be handed over to the construction customer on 03/28/2024 at 10:00.
It should be noted that checking the progress of the restoration of the Brotherhood Monastery is part of the mandate of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine.
