Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that he has confirmation from several other countries that they will not participate in the OSCE ministerial meeting because of the decision to allow Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to attend. He told reporters at NATO headquarters, according to a correspondent of UNN.

There are four countries that have officially announced that they will not attend the ministerial meeting - Ukraine and the Baltic states. There are countries that came to me today and said that we are here today, but we will not be at the ministerial meeting because we do not agree with it, but we will not talk about it publicly because we do not want to offend anyone. There are countries that did not come today, but I know that they will be at the dinner in Skopje tonight where there will be no laurels, but they will not be at the official part tomorrow where there will be laurels

- Kuleba said.

He noted that there are more than four countries that do not agree with the participation of the laurel, but each country decides for itself how to react and manifest this disagreement.

"We respect that," the minister added.
