The Russian authorities are creating a system of "re-education" and digital control over children illegally taken from Ukraine to Russia after the outbreak of full-scale war. The Kremlin is trying to form a "Russian identity" in them. This is stated in the investigation of one of the Russian publications, UNN reports .

The exact number of Ukrainian children forcibly taken to Russia during the war is unknown - according to Kyiv, it is almost 20,000. Russian officials persuade Ukrainians to forget about their homeland - and convince them that their parents will never come to take them home. The authorities are confident that they can "re-educate" the stolen children,

- the publication says.

Details

The Russian Ministry of Education is drawing up a methodological framework for "indoctrinating" Ukrainian children. This body of documents states that "destructive ideology" is widespread among Ukrainian teenagers.

The newspaper notes that the Ministry of Education is afraid of the children taken from Ukraine. Among themselves, employees of the ministry, even at the level of leadership, sometimes refer to these teenagers as "potential terrorists" who "may begin to oppose" the Russian authorities.

Maria Lvova-Belova, the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, insists that Russians cannot adopt a child from the "new regions." "Only guardianship or foster care" (so that the child can be returned to his or her family), she assures. This is not true.

The structure of the Ministry of Education includes the Federal Adolescent Center (FAC), which coordinates ideological work with adolescents outside of schools. The travel expenses of the FC RPSP alone amount to millions of rubles: this money is used to organize "integration intensives" for teenagers.

Addendum

It is also noted that the Center for the Study and Network Monitoring of the Youth Environment (ANO CYSM), an IT company founded on Putin's instructions and receiving billions of rubles from the budget, is monitoring Ukrainian children on the Internet. Its developments apparently allow it to "de-anonymize" any child's page and analyze it down to the likes - as a result, the child is given a "destructiveness coefficient" and an "opposition coefficient.

Recall

The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child has called on Russia to stop the forced removal of Ukrainian children and return them to their families. the Russian authorities should provide information on the exact number of children taken from Ukraine and their whereabouts so that they can be identified and returned.
